A self-hosted social media management tool that lets Axionis plan, schedule and publish first-party content to its own and clients’ connected social accounts — Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube and TikTok — from one place.
What it does
The Social Suite is a single dashboard for managing organic social publishing across the platforms Axionis is authorised to operate. From one place, the account owner can:
- Connect a social account through each platform’s official API and confirm the connected profile.
- Plan and draft posts — write captions, attach media and organise content in a calendar.
- Schedule posts for a future time, or publish immediately.
- Publish first-party content the account owner owns or is authorised to post.
Every publish action is started by a logged-in account owner. The Tool does not scrape, repost or auto-generate content on its own, and it only ever posts to accounts that have been explicitly connected and authorised.
TikTok integration
The Social Suite uses TikTok’s official APIs so an account owner can connect a TikTok account and publish their own videos from the dashboard:
- TikTok Login Kit: the owner connects their TikTok account via TikTok’s OAuth login. We display the connected profile name, avatar and basic stats so the owner can confirm the correct account is linked.
- Content Posting API (Direct Post): the owner uploads and publishes videos directly to their connected TikTok account from the Social Suite.
- The owner is in control of every post. The account owner selects the video, writes the caption, chooses the visibility (Public / Friends / Only me) and clicks Post. Nothing is published automatically — every post is user-initiated, first-party content.
- Guideline-compliant: the integration follows TikTok’s Content Sharing and Direct Post UX Guidelines. The creator confirms the post and its settings before anything is sent to TikTok.
- Security: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our own infrastructure and are used only to publish on behalf of the connected account holder.
Self-hosted infrastructure
The Social Suite runs on our own self-hosted infrastructure — an Axionis-operated Postiz instance. We host and maintain the application ourselves; account data and OAuth tokens stay on infrastructure we control, and are not shared with any third-party scheduling service.
Who operates it
The Axionis Social Suite is built and operated by Axionis Consulting OÜ, an EU-based studio. It is used by Axionis to manage social publishing for our own brands and for clients who authorise us to manage their accounts.
