Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Axionis Consulting OÜ handles personal data under the GDPR — both on our website axionisconsulting.com (visitors, contact & booking, analytics) and within the Axionis Social Suite tool we use to plan and publish content for our own brands and for clients who authorise us to manage their accounts on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (YouTube) and TikTok.
Controller
Axionis Consulting OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: info@axionisconsulting.com.
The website
When you visit axionisconsulting.com, our server (hosted in the EU) processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site securely and reliably (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). If you contact us or book a call, we process the details you submit — e.g. your name, email and message — to respond and arrange the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b)). Call scheduling is handled by Cal.com acting as a processor.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies / local storage to run the site and to remember your cookie choice. We set no analytics or marketing cookies until you consent through our cookie banner.
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), we load:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — to measure traffic and improve the site; IP addresses are anonymised. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — to measure the reach and performance of our advertising. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
These providers may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, which stops further collection. Declining keeps all non-essential tracking switched off.
The Social Suite tool
The following sections describe data handled inside our publishing tool specifically.
What we collect
When you connect a social account, the Tool requests only the access needed to publish on your behalf:
- Profile info of the connected account (name, username, picture, account/page/channel ID);
- The list of pages, channels or accounts you may manage, so you can choose where to publish;
- OAuth access/refresh tokens that allow publishing on your behalf;
- The content and scheduling details you add in order to publish them.
We do not collect your password, payment details, private messages or your followers’ data.
Why & legal basis
We use this data only to connect your account and to schedule and publish your content — performance of the service you requested (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — and to keep that service reliable and secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). The Tool publishes only first-party content of the account holder.
Storage
The Tool is self-hosted by Axionis on its own private server (VPS) in the EU. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and used only to call the originating platform’s API. We do not use a third-party SaaS to store your tokens or content.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It leaves the Tool only when sent to the platform you publish to (Meta, YouTube or TikTok APIs) to carry out your request, to our hosting provider as a processor, or where required by law.
Our use of information from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention
Tokens and connection records are kept while the account stays connected and are deleted when you disconnect. Content and scheduling data are kept for the duration of the engagement and deleted afterwards, unless we must retain records by law.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@axionisconsulting.com, or disconnect an account at any time to revoke access. See our Data Deletion page to request deletion.
